What we collect
Hosts provide party details, host email, optional images, and account login information. Guests may provide RSVP status, family name, contact details, guest counts, allergies, and notes.
How we use it
We use this information to create and share birthday party pages, collect RSVPs, help hosts manage guest lists, process paid upgrades when enabled, and provide support. Contact page messages may be processed in our support inbox provider, Chatwoot, hosted on Railway.
What is public
Published event pages and uploaded hero images are public to anyone with the link. Guest RSVP details are visible to the host, not public visitors.
Deletion and support
To request deletion of an event, account, or guest RSVP data, email support@cubbycard.co. Our launch target is to complete manual deletion requests within 7 days.
