Before you share

A few details your guests will appreciate

Not every party needs all of these. Pick the ones that fit yours and add a line to the invite.

  • Costumes

Say whether costumes are welcome, encouraged, or optional.

  • Where to meet

Libraries and halls have many doors. Use the side entrance on Story Avenue.

  • Food

Let parents know whether it’s a meal, snacks, or just cake.

  • Should parents stay?

For younger kids, one line saves a round of texts. Grown-ups, please stay and join the fun.

  • Siblings

Be clear either way so families can plan. Siblings are welcome, just add them to your headcount.

How it works

From invite to headcount

  1. Personalize your invitation

Start with the comic book theme, then edit the words on the invite and fill in the date, venue, and bring list.

  2. Share your link with parents

Copy your invite link and send it however you usually do: text, email, or your class or parent app.

  3. Check your RSVPs and headcount

Replies show up in your private dashboard with kids and grown-ups counted separately, plus allergy notes and messages.

Questions

Questions and answers

Can I change the name, age, and party details?

Yes. The name, age, headings, and activity cards are edited right on the invite. The date, time, venue, address, RSVP deadline, and bring list each have their own field.

Can I add a photo?

Yes. Upload a photo of the birthday kid and it appears in the invite’s photo frame.

Do guests need an account to RSVP?

No. Guests open your link, choose their reply, and send it. No app or sign-up needed.

How do I share the invitation?

Each invite has its own link. Copy it and share it by text, email, or a class or parent app. CubbyCard doesn’t send messages for you, so you stay in control of who gets it.

Can I count children and adults separately?

Yes. Guests enter how many kids and grown-ups are coming, and your dashboard keeps both totals, along with any allergy notes and messages.
