Before you share
Not every party needs all of these. Pick the ones that fit yours and add a line to the invite.
Venues often have a front desk or a separate party entrance. Check in at the front desk and ask for Nora’s party.
Many play venues need a signed waiver for each child. Share the link or say when to sign.
Some venues require grip socks or closed-toe shoes. Say so up front.
Mention where to park, especially at busy plazas.
Let parents know whether it’s a meal, snacks, or just cake.
Be clear either way so families can plan. Siblings are welcome, just add them to your headcount.
How it works
Start with the party venue theme, then edit the words on the invite and fill in the date, venue, and bring list.
Copy your invite link and send it however you usually do: text, email, or your class or parent app.
Replies show up in your private dashboard with kids and grown-ups counted separately, plus allergy notes and messages.
